We spent the weekend visiting colleges in Washington, DC and Baltimore with Maxie, our daughter. A highlight of the trip was the Ai Wei-Wei exhibition at the Hirshhorn Museum in DC.
We left the show feeling moved, exhilarated and sad. It became clear why the Chinese would want to silence him. He speaks truth.
